The problem

Dispatch and fleet data lived across five spreadsheets updated manually by different people, causing constant scheduling conflicts.

Designed and built a single Next.js dashboard with live data sync, role-based views for dispatchers and drivers, and automated conflict detection.

Scheduling conflicts dropped to near zero and the ops team reclaimed roughly 12 hours a week previously spent reconciling spreadsheets.
