Overview

This policy explains what information bpsingh.in collects when you visit the site, book a call or send a message, and how that information is used. There are no user accounts, no logins and nothing is sold to third parties.

Information you provide

The contact form collects your name, email, company, project type, budget range, timeline and message. This is used only to reply to your enquiry and scope a potential project — nothing is added to a mailing list without a separate, explicit opt-in.

If you reach out directly by email or WhatsApp instead, the same rule applies: your message and contact details are used only to respond to you.

Analytics

Basic, privacy-friendly analytics (page views and referrers, via Plausible or Umami) may run to understand which pages are useful — no cross-site tracking cookies, no ad networks, and no fingerprinting. Analytics only loads if it has been explicitly enabled for this deployment.

Third-party services

A few third parties process data on this site's behalf, each only for the purpose they're used for:

• Hosting & infrastructure (e.g. Vercel) — serves the site and stores standard server logs.
• Booking (Cal.com) — handles scheduling if you book a call; their own privacy policy applies to that flow.
• Email delivery — used to route contact-form submissions and replies.

Data retention

Contact-form submissions and email correspondence are kept only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry or, if a project goes ahead, for the duration of that working relationship plus standard bookkeeping requirements. You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time — see Contact, below.

Your rights

You can ask, at any time, to see what information is held about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Send that request to the email address below and it will be actioned within a reasonable time.

Children's privacy

bpsingh.in is a business/portfolio site and is not directed at children. It does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated occasionally to reflect changes to the tools or services used above. The date at the top always reflects the most recent revision.
