How long does a typical project take?

A focused marketing site takes about two weeks. A full web product usually runs four to six weeks, and AI systems start at six. You get a dated milestone plan after the discovery call, and I hold to it.

Fixed price against a fixed scope, quoted after discovery — so you know the number before anything starts. Ongoing work runs on a monthly retainer instead. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices.

I do. There is no junior team behind the scenes and no handoff between a designer and a developer. You talk to the person writing the code for the whole project.

Do you work with clients outside India?

Yes — most of my clients are outside India. I keep overlapping hours with European and US-East mornings, and everything is documented asynchronously so time zones never block progress.

What happens after launch?

Every project includes a support window — two weeks on Launch, sixty days on Scale. After that you can move to a monthly retainer, or take full ownership of the code. It is yours either way.

Do I own the code and the design?

Completely. Repositories transfer to your account on final payment, hosting sits in your name, and there is no proprietary lock-in anywhere in the stack.

Can you work with our existing codebase?

Often, yes. I start with a short audit to see whether extending what you have beats rebuilding it, and I will tell you honestly if a rebuild is the cheaper path.
